Sachin is an enthusiastic, trusting, professional individual who is able to make magic happen. Always on the forefront, he is able to adjust to current conditions. Calm under pressure, adept with complex systems, and a great team player is how his co-workers describe him. I can add he is also a lot of fun to work with, even when there's been a disaster and it's three in the morning and there's six hours of work left to rebuild... and it's a holiday... you get the picture. He is also a wonderful person to work with when you have the chance to make something better. There's an old phrase - "Top Man" - which totally fits Sachin.
